Snack made from texturized pea protein, which is subjected to various treatments.

The "Torreznos Vegguiss" resemble a traditional torrezno, with a crunchy outer part, which is due to the frying, and a juicy inner part, due to the hydration to which the piece of protein is subjected. Thanks to these treatments we get the texture and flavor that reminds us of the typical torrezno from pork, a typical Spanish tapa that we can find in the bars of this country. We have opted for a product aimed mainly at the vegan population, because the veggie trend is growing more and more in almost all countries of the world. According to studies carried out in (Veganism in the world, 2020), the vegan market in Europe has increased by 49% in just two years, reaching a total of 3,600 million euros in sales.
